Mutational signature in p53 Knock-out RPE1 cell lines
Summary
To investigate the mutational signature accumulation over repeated propagation of RPE1 cell lines, WES was done for repetitive 59 passages. Data analysis was done using FastQC, trimmomatic, BWA-mem, Picard, SAMtools, BCFtools and snpEff. The study found an accumulation of more transitions and transversions over passages.
